There is a fairly significant round off error in cell-phone navigation as they aren't truely GPS devices (as I understand it, they triangulate based upon cell phone towers). Lots of folks in my company running club have discussed distance errors reported by their mobile phones; the tie breaker is my Garmin wrist GPS device.
