. Week 6 went as follows:
W6D1: 2.42 miles, 24:02 minutes, 9:57 min/mile
W6D2: 2.40 miles, 23:09 minutes, 9:38 min/mile
W6D3: 2.49 miles, 21:33 minutes, 8:39 min/mile (I know, the schedule said 22 minutes, but also just 2.25 miles.. so I did 2 laps on my little round and was just very happy with the pace
)
Today I decided to actually obey my "rest"-day and just walked for about 30 minutes, so no running today

Starting with week 7 all the runs are full runs, no intervall or walking anymore. Looking at the suggested distances and times, I think I will keep going for the time instead of the distance, and look up a nice 2.8 mile course which should take me roughly 25 minutes (and 3.1/3.3 miles for weeks 8 and 9). That is if I can keep up my pace of about 9min/mile, but as of right now I am pretty damn sure.
Oh and as a sidenote on the weight-topic: By now I am around 184lbs +-1 and very happy with that (183.2 this morning, alltime-low for the passt many years, if not decade).
