Sorry I didn't mean to leave that out. I have been running on and off for the last four years, and have just started running consistenly again over the last month. I am currently running 3-4 days a week, so im running somewhere between 12-16 miles per week. From what I gather from both you and shipo, I should first work on increasing my distance and total milage per week, and then look more into speed work?
