I signed up for my very first sprint triathlon with only 4 weeks to train. I found a 4 week training plan online, and wasn't too worried about it due to the fact that I run 2 miles 3x/wk, and am a strong swimmer. Thought I could pull off a 4 week training plan. Well, I trained for 3 days, then got a gnarly case of the flu!! Took me out for a week and a half, and I'm still recovering. I'm thinking I should be fine in the next couple days. Is there anything I can do to train for it in 2 weeks?? I'm not looking to place or anything, just want to finish, but also don't want to kill myself.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
