Hello, all!
I started the C25K last week. Getting ready to start W2D1 here in a few minutes. I am using the treadmill here in the apartment fitness center. I figure that will force me to keep moving . . .
I am hovering between 205-210 pounds. That is even after eating healthier, no bread/potatoes/rice (my weaknesses!) . . . with the exception of a dinner roll or slice of bread once or twice a week. I am hoping that with adding the C25K workouts, that I may just meet my goal.
My goal is to lose 45 pounds by my 45th birthday in August. That is 6 months away.
It will be nice to have a group that will encourage each other!
