Just a thought but checkout a guy named Kenny Dobbs, he's got a 48" vertical and I've actually had the chance to see him dunk live...insane! He just released his vertical training program called Dunk Like Dobbs. You can actually watch him dunk on YouTube or his website DunkLikeDobbs.com. I believe he's won more dunk competitions than any individual in history...if you want to learn how to jump higher, I'd go with a guy that actually practices what he preaches....you want to be the best, you gotta learn from the best.
