Help solving MXF frame render errors in AE CC for QuickTime

I normally render my timelapse comps from AE into a QuickTime container with H.264. Recently since I updated to CC versions of the entire Adobe Collection I experienced unprecedented trouble with After Effects. For it's so urgent to edit my recordings for client, I want an easy and time-saving solution for transcoding MXF to uncompressed HD QuickTime. For many MXF camcorder users and Adobe users, it can be a common necessary.

Step1. Import MXF files
